Welcome to Identigraph. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from Identigraph (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. Custom Work
All Identigraph products are custom made-to-order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that production will begin based on the approved artwork, drawings, or design proofs.
Once production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
You are responsible for verifying all artwork, spelling, materials, colors, and measurements before final approval.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH, or approved business checks.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in delayed production, suspension of future orders, or collection action.
3. Production & Turnaround
Production timelines vary depending on order size, complexity, and material availability. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, renderings, and concepts created by Identigraph remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our artwork or website content without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Identigraph is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
6. Warranty
Identigraph warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or exposure to elements beyond the product’s intended use.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and handled in Rockingham County, NC jurisdiction.
8. Changes to These Terms
Identigraph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
