Identigraph Refund Policy

At Identigraph, every product is custom-made to order according to each client’s unique specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once production has begun, except in cases where an error is determined to be our fault.

Order Accuracy & Proof Approval

Before production begins, customers receive design proofs or submittals for review. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details—including spelling, colors, materials, and dimensions—prior to production.
Once approved, the order moves into fabrication and cannot be canceled or changed.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or contains an error made by Identigraph, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the incorrect or defective product

  • Repair of the original item

  • Partial credit toward a future order

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement or correction is not possible.

Shipping Damage

If your package was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We may require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item to process a replacement claim with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before design work or production begins. Once artwork or fabrication has started, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made-to-order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom signs, graphics, or fabricated items

  • Engraved or personalized materials

  • Any product with approved design proofs
