At Identigraph, every order is custom made to your specifications. Below is an overview of our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. Production Time
All products are made-to-order.
Production timelines vary based on project complexity, material availability, and order volume. Estimated lead times will be provided during quoting or order confirmation, but please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.
We will notify you when your order ships and provide tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via UPS Ground, UPS Freight, or other common freight carriers depending on size and weight.

Smaller items (such as room signs, panels, or graphics) typically ship UPS.

Large or oversized items (such as dimensional letters, large sign panels, or bulk orders) will ship via freight truck on a pallet.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, destination, and carrier rates. Customers may also arrange their own freight pickup if desired.
3. Delivery & Transit Times
Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is subject to carrier performance and schedules.
Identigraph is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Damage or Loss
All shipments are carefully packaged and inspected prior to leaving our facility.
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery (before signing).

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@identigraphsigns.com.
We will assist with filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or repair if appropriate.
Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.
5. Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments are typically curbside delivery only. The customer is responsible for unloading and moving the product from the truck to its final destination unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Please ensure adequate access for large trucks and unloading equipment.
If the carrier is unable to deliver due to site inaccessibility or missed appointments, redelivery or storage fees may apply.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
Identigraph is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Identigraph ships only within the United States.
For large or special projects requiring cross-border shipment, please contact us directly to discuss options.
